When we retire at night, we constructively review our day. Were we loving, selfless, honest, in faith? Is there anything we have been holding back that we could discuss with someone to improve their lives? Were we kind and loving toward all? What could we have done better? Were we thinking of others most of the time? Were we thinking of what we could do for others, of what we could pack into our daily lives to be of service?
When making this review we must be careful not to beat ourselves up, for that would lessen our ability to help others. We are only human and are on a lifelong journey of spiritual growth. After making our review we ask for forgiveness for our shortcomings and ask how we can improve tomorrow.
Now it is time to close our eyes and meditate on what we have learned today and ask for the ability to wake and start our next day with prayer and meditation to be the best version of ourselves we can. That we are able to preform Effortless Miracles throughout our day.
Sweet Dreams from all of us at EM.
